Who is responsible for your data

Trace and Access Cover is published by ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, trading as ADI Leak Detection, a company registered in England (number 15870765). We are the data controller for this website.

What this site collects

When you visit, your browser sends the usual technical details every website receives: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser and device type. We do not ask for your name, email or anything else, and the site has no contact form.

The policy check on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us or anyone else.

Hosting and security by Cloudflare

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which acts as our data processor. To deliver pages quickly and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes the technical details above, including your IP address, and keeps short-term logs for security and troubleshooting.

Cloudflare may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the International Data Transfer Addendum. Cookies

This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

If Cloudflare's security checks need to confirm that a visitor is a real person rather than an automated attack, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance). These cookies contain no personal profile, expire after a short time and are exempt from consent because the site cannot be kept secure without them.

Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on legitimate interests: running a website that works, loads quickly and stays secure. We do not use the data for marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone other than Cloudflare as our host.

Phone calls

When you call the number on this site, you speak to ADI Leak Detection. The details you give on the phone are used to arrange and carry out your leak investigation and report, and are handled under ADI Leak Detection's main privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. Email info@adileakdetection.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this notice

If we add anything that changes what the site collects, such as visitor statistics, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
